Why Building a Passive Workforce is the Way to Go — How to Live Abroad

If you’re reading this, you’ve probably dreamed of living abroad, just like me. You want to travel the world and make it your home. But you don’t want to go to another country just to be tied down to the same old and stale routine, a 9-to-5 or an English teaching job, receiving income in an unstable foreign currency. I’m here to tell you there’s a way to gain stable passive income to sustain yourself abroad, so you have the time to really enjoy yourself, living the life you want.

I’ve managed to live my dreams with the wealth I’ve generated in over 25 years in the healthcare industry, but don’t worry, you won’t need to wait 25 years to finally live YOUR dreams.

During my journey to build passive income in this industry, I was always frustrated at the lack of information. But now, with all these years of experience, I’m familiar with the road and all its twists and turns, and I want to share this information with you.

Now I know the best path for entrepreneurs to assert themselves in this business: healthcare staffing. It’s simple, but not easy — you’ll need to put in the work to establish your business, but, with the path I’ve created you’ll be able to start earning passive income to live abroad in less than a year. From then on, you can manage your business remotely, the way that I am managing mine now that I relocated to Medellin, Colombia.

Read on to know more about how you can do this.

So, what is healthcare staffing? Why build a staffing firm?

Healthcare staffing firms basically function as a middleman to fill gaps in the schedules of various healthcare providers, and by doing so they earn a pretty sweet profit

How does it happen? Many healthcare facilities have recurrent staffing issues, especially now during the pandemic, where they often find themselves short on hands. That’s where a staffing firm comes in and covers the shortage that the facility has.

You can negotiate a particular rate with the facility, and this is where things get interesting: Say that the rate is $60 an hour, but you’re paying your employees $50 an hour. This allows you to make that $10 per hour your profit, which may not sound like much, but the more people that you have on your roster that are out there working, the more and more passive income that you’re able to earn.

Let’s do the math

For one nurse working 8-hour shifts 5 days a week, you’d be able to make $1,600 as profit each month. Multiplying that by a staff as small as 10 nurses would give you $16,000 each month. There are many incredible places in the world where you can live a high-quality life for only about $2,000 per month. Italy, Brazil, and Colombia, just to name a few that I’ve explored on my channel.

If you establish a 10-nurse staff and find facilities to assign them to, you can go live abroad counting on a steady flow of income to live comfortably, and still have more than enough for operational expenses of your firm.
